2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, time on page, links clicked, referring website, device type, browser and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).
  • Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to protect our forms and chat from spam and abuse. For the chat assistant it is stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form for up to one hour.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as bank or card details, government ID numbers or health information through this website.

3.How we use your information

4.Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, and only as much as they need:

  • Website hosting and email providers that store our website, enquiries and messages.
  • Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) to measure website traffic.
  • Meta / WhatsApp, when you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
  • Advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, only when you are our client and the work requires it.

We may also disclose information if required by law, a court order or a government authority, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

5.Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them to keep the website working properly and to understand, in aggregate, how people use it. Our analytics tools may set cookies that record which pages you visit and how you arrived at our site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The website will still work, though some features may not. To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, you can use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

6.How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and chat details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our relationship with you. Client records are kept for the duration of our engagement and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

7.How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections, restricted access to our website administration, and spam protection on our forms and chat. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and act quickly if something goes wrong.
